3. Orders and delivery

It is your responsibility to enter the correct player ID, region/server and any other required details. The platform is not liable for orders that fail due to incorrect information; in such cases the amount is refunded according to the Refund policy.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are as shown on the site and may change without prior notice. Orders are not processed until payment is completed. All payments are charged in the selected currency and amount shown.

5. Prohibited use

• Using the site for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Using someone else's payment methods without authorization.
• Interfering with the system, automated abuse or fraud.
• Copying or reselling platform content without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Topup.az provides the service “as is”. For delays, interruptions or failures caused by suppliers or the game itself, the platform's liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.
