We never ask for your game password
Top-ups are delivered using your Player ID only. Anyone asking for your game account password, email login or a verification code is trying to scam you — we never ask for those.
Your card details never reach us
Card payments happen on the bank's own 3-D Secure page. Your card number is never entered on our site and is never stored on our servers.
Your balance is credited only after a verified confirmation from the payment provider — never on the basis of a browser redirect.
If an order can't be delivered, you keep your money
If a payment succeeded but the product could not be delivered, the system automatically refunds the amount to your balance and cancels the order. This happens automatically, not on request.
Keeping your account safe
- Use a strong password that you don't reuse anywhere else.
- Never share your codes or order details with anyone.
- If you get a suspicious email or message, contact us instead of clicking the link.
- Pick the correct region — a wrong region means the order cannot be delivered.
