How to buy
You never need your game account password — only your in-game Player ID. The whole process usually takes a few seconds.
Step by step
- Pick a game from the home page or «All games».
- Pick the region — it must match your game account's server.
- Pick a package — amount and price are shown.
- Enter your Player ID (some games also need a server/zone ID).
- Pay — the amount is taken from your balance and the top-up is delivered automatically.
Topping up your balance
Products are paid from your balance. You top it up on the «Balance» page by card (Visa/Mastercard) or another available method. Payment is confirmed on the bank's 3-D Secure page, and your balance is credited only after that confirmation.
If your balance is short, the buy button takes you straight to the top-up page with the required amount pre-filled.
Where do I find my Player ID?
Every game shows it in the in-game profile section. The order page explains where to look for that specific game, usually with a screenshot.
After you type the ID we show the account nickname where the game supports it, so you can confirm it is the right account before paying.
After the order
Game currency goes straight to your account. For code-based products the code is shown on screen and kept in «My orders».
If an order cannot be delivered for any reason, the amount is refunded to your balance automatically.
